Frequently asked questions
- Do my recipients need an account?
- No. Anyone can download your files with one click — no sign-up and no software.
- How does the free trial work?
- Starter and Pro include a 14-day free trial, with no card required. Accounts are by invitation, so contact us and we’ll set yours up.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade at any time and the difference is charged pro rata; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans are paid in advance.
- Where are my files stored?
- In the European Union, under the GDPR. We never serve ads, and your files are never used for advertising or AI training.
- How do I pay?
- By card, or by invoice for yearly plans. Prices exclude VAT; business customers in the EU can add their VAT number.
